  1. Who we are. lostincasting.com is operated by Lost in TV Limited trading as Lost in Casting, company number 04801855, registered office 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk IP28 7DE. Contact: [email protected].

  2. Scope. These terms govern your use of the website. Registering as an artiste is additionally governed by our Artiste Terms and Conditions; registering a production account by our Production Agreement. Where they conflict, those documents prevail.

  3. Accounts. Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account is compromised.

  4. Acceptable use. You must not: misuse the site or attempt to gain unauthorised access; scrape, harvest or bulk-download content or profile data; upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content; impersonate another person; or use the site to send spam.

  5. Content you upload. You confirm you own or are licensed to use anything you upload (including photographs) and grant us the licence needed to operate the service as described in the relevant terms.

  6. Our content. The site, its design, text and branding are owned by us or our licensors. The Lost in Casting name and logo may not be used without permission.

  7. Availability. The site is provided "as is"; we aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend the site for maintenance.

  8. Liability. We are not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the website except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

  9. Links. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

  10. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

  11. Law. The law of England and Wales applies; the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
